We are approximately 60 km south west of Toulouse, in South Western France, about an hour from the Pyrenees and Spain, and equidistant between the Atlantic and Mediteranean coasts.

AA RoutePlanner give a good routeplanner service virtually door to door. The nearest town to us to input would be L’Isle- Jourdain. (Input exactly like this with the odd spacing,as otherwise it doesn’t recognise the name.) Discounted ferry fares, car hire and travel insurance on all routes are available from the UK by contacting our advertisers travel company. Just let us know when you make your enquiry and we’ll give you all the details. If you have the time, the overnight P&O Ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbao is an option – as we are only 3.5 hours drive from Bilbao, on pleasant autoroutes.
There are plenty of car hire companies at the airport, and its worth checking prices with your flight company as they often have good deals. www.flights4less.co.uk are a useful site for comparing prices.
Our nearest TGV station is Toulouse, reached from Paris in just over 5 hours. Car hire is essential and needs to be arranged in advance, as there is very little public transport in this area, unless of course you are fit cyclists and bringing bikes, in which case contact us about picking you up at the station! To plan your route, from Toulouse, follow the N124 towards AUCH, at the L’Isle Jourdain exit, take the D634 towards Samatan & Lombez, this becomes the D632, and you keep following this road until you see the turning for L’Isle-en-Dodon the D9. Continue on this road, towards L’Isle-en-Dodon. Go straight on through two roundabouts, and follow the road round the village until you reach a right-hand turn marked D17 Lannemezan/St- Gaudens. Just after the village there is a raised pedestrian crossing/speed hump, take the 2nd turning on the right after this crossing, where the chevrons mark the bend - you are now in our lane. Follow this lane which runs parallel to the D17, the road shortly turns right uphill, ignore this and take the fork to continue straight on. We are the second from last house on the right, signposted ‘Les Perdigots’ in yellow and blue, with huge oak trees at the bottom of the drive. |
